Brown Sugar Sweet Potato Ice Cream


Mix all ingredients together. Heat until it’s warm, and clings to the back of a spoon.

Do not let it go to a rolling boil.

Remove the head, and follow the manufactures instruction on your ice cream maker.


3 cups Sweet Potatoes (Cooked, Mashed)
1.5 cups Brown Sugar
10 cups Half and Half
1 cup Pasteurized Eggs (Liquid)
