Cannoli


Directions:

Combine ricotta with powdered sugar, vanilla, orange zest, and cinnamon, stirring to blend.

Pipe the mixture into the cannoli shells and dip the ends into the grated chocolate.
Serve!

Ingredients:

1 cup ricotta
1/4 cup powdered sugar
splash of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon fresh orange zest
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
small cannoli shells
grated dark chocolate for garnish
