Sweet Potato Hash


In a large sauté pan or wok cook bacon until crispy add in garlic, peppers and potatoes and cook over a medium heat until crispy (about 15 mins).

Add in your chives and serve.


2lbs Sweet potatoes, Shredded
1/2lb Bacon, Cut into Cubes
¼ cup Chives, Chopped
3 Garlic Cloves, Chopped
1 large Bell Pepper, Chopped into Small Cubes.
