Proceeds benefit Capitol Market and help us sustain our historic property and continue our mission of supporting small businesses\, lifting up local farmers\, and creating a community space for all. There will be drinks flowing\, hor d’oeuvres from Chef Paul Smith and the culinary students from Carver Career & Technical Center\, live music\, Market vendors giving away samples and doing demonstrations\, and most importantly – a chance for you to give back to a non-profit that is deeply invested in our city and state. \nTickets are $90 ($60 is tax-deductible) per person until October 2nd. Tickets may be purchased at the door for $100.00 per person.

DESCRIPTION:All Fired Up is a chance for the next generation of youngsters to prove that they’ve got what it takes! \nAll Fired Up is the ultimate teen backyard barbecue contest! \nPurchase Tickets\n\nAll Fired Up is Capitol Market’s teen barbeque challenge. \n\nEach team will be led by a 12 to 16 year old. Parents and friends may assist\, but the menu and cooking must be let by each child.\nBeginning at 11 am\, each team will be given a $100 Capitol Market gift card and 1 hour to shop the market for their meal ingredients.\nBeginning at Noon\, each team will have 2 hours to complete their meal. A grill\, along with basic pantry items will be provided for each team.\nAt the completion\, each team will submit their meal to a panel of celebrity judges.
