SUMMARY:All Fired Up
DESCRIPTION:All Fired Up is a chance for the next generation of youngsters to prove that they’ve got what it takes! \nAll Fired Up is Capitol Market’s teen barbecue challenge. Each team will be led by a 12 to 16 year old. Parents and friends may assist\, but the menu and cooking must be let by each child. \nBeginning at Noon\, contestants will shop and starting at 1pm each team will have 2 hours to complete their meal. \nA grill\, along with basic pantry items will be provided for each team. At the completion\, each team will submit their meal to a 3 panel jury. \nPrizes will be awarded for\, “Best Overall\,” “Best use of Local Ingredients\,” and “Most Creative.” \nThere is no fee to participate\, however donations to offset expenses are greatly appreciated!
