Honey Glazed Salmon


1lb Skin-on Salmon Filets
¼ cup Honey
3tbsp Lemon Pepper
2 Garlic Cloves
1tsp Chicken base (or 1 bouillon cube)
¼ cup Chopped herbs ( I’m using Basil and Dill)
2tsp Apple Cider Vinegar


Put all Glaze Ingredients in a blender and mix for about a minute

Place salmon filets skin side down on a grill or a hot sauté pan and cook for about 6-7 mins brush glaze thickly over top of salmon and flip and let cook for about 2mins or until glaze is nicely caramelized
