Summertime Salad


Put all Dressing Ingredients in a blender and Mix for about a minute.

Combine all salad Ingredients in a bowl and toss in dressing .


1 cup Chopped Cantaloupe
2 cups Kale or Spinach
1 Grilled Banana Pepper
2 small Cucumbers, sliced into matchstick-like pieces
1 Tomato, cut into thin wedges or strips
7 Green Onions, cut into matchstick-like pieces
1/2 cup fresh Dill
1/2 cup fresh Basil
1 cup Almonds, ground or chopped
2 small Squash, sliced into matchstick-like pieces
1/2lb Bacon, crispy

4 Gloves Garlic, minced
1 Lime, juiced
I Tbsp cup Soy sauce
ΒΌ cup Honey
2 Jalapenos chopped and seeded
