Ingredients:
- 1-2 lbs tri-tip, trimmed of fat

- Provolone, American, Swiss or homemade cheese sauce
- Au Jus: 2 cups beef broth, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions:
