Apples Galette


Ingredients (makes 5–6 servings):

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 3 apples, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Chef Paul’s Apple Butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Roll out puff pastry on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread Chef Paul’s Apple Butter over the center, leaving a 1” border.
  3. Layer apple slices on top. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Fold pastry edges over apples and brush edges with egg wash.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm.
