Candied Jalapeño Mocktail


Ingredients:

  • Candied jalapeño syrup
  • Chef Paul’s Candied Jalapeños (for garnish)
  • Juice of lime
  • Ginger beer or ginger ale
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice
  • Optional: fresh mint sprig or lime wheel

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add lime juice and candied jalapeño syrup.
  3. Top with ginger beer and a splash of sparkling water.
  4. Stir gently and garnish with Chef Paul’s Candied Jalapeños, mint sprig, and lime wheel.
