INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a bowl, combine the Cajun sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well to make the marinade.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade and toss until they are evenly coated. Let the shrimp marinate for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook.
- Once the shrimp are just cooked through, remove them from the skillet and transfer them to a serving plate.
- Optionally, garnish the Cajun shrimp with freshly chopped parsley and serve with cooked rice or crusty bread. You can also serve lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
