Ingredients:
- 1 whole watermelon, peeled, diced & de-seeded
- 2 oz red wine vinegar
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 2-3 cucumbers, peeled, de-seeded & diced
- 2-3 jalapeños
- 2 oz honey
- 2 oz cilantro, chopped fine
- 1 bottle of Moscato or Pellegrino
- Tabasco, to taste
- 3-4 limes juiced & zested
- 2 tbsp salt
- Top with sunflower seeds
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except wine into a blender until smooth.
- Finish with wine before serving.
