Pickle de Gallo


Ingredients:

  • Medium tomatoes, diced
  • Pickled jalapeños, chopped
  • Pickled onions, chopped
  • Chef Paul’s Dill Pickle Slims, diced
  • Small cucumber, diced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, jalapeños, pickled onions, Chef Paul’s Dill Pickle Slims, cucumber, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix well and let sit to meld flavors.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
