Description:

Crumbly and a bit grainy, Feta is a fresh cheese – meaning it’s unaged. Feta cheese has been a part of Greece for nearly as long as humanity itself. It derives from the very first cheese made around 8,000 years ago, which was made soon after people began domesticating animals. It’s typically made from sheep’s milk or a mixture of sheep’s and goat’s milk. Whipped feta, a contemporary culinary innovation, emerged from the desire to enhance traditional feta cheese by blending it for a smoother texture and versatile use. This blending technique has since gained popularity globally, appearing in diverse dishes where its creamy consistency and bold flavor add depth, such as dips, spreads, and toppings.
